• Design Sprint: Ideal for tackling a specific, well-defined challenge or opportunity within a compressed timeframe (typically 2-8 weeks). Great for rapid production, feature validation, or solving a critical UX problem. It delivers a focused outcome or validated design direction.
• Advisory: Best for ongoing strategic guidance, continuous product refinement, navigating growth challenges, and having a long-term thought partner. It provides broader support across design, strategy, and business development over months or quarters.
• They can also complement each other: Advisory might identify the need for a focused Sprint, or a Sprint might lead into an ongoing Advisory relationship to implement and iterate on the outcomes.

We want you to invest with confidence. We offer a 7-day refund window from your initial purchase date. If, within those first 7 days, you feel Advisorship isn't the right fit and you haven't scheduled any advisory sessions beyond the initial intro call, you are entitled to a full refund.

Yes. You can opt for quarterly billing from day one  or at the start of any cycle to receive significant savings (up to 23%). This rewards commitment while still offering flexibility compared to annual contracts.

No long-term contracts. All our plans operate on a month-to-month or quarterly basis, offering you complete flexibility. You can cancel anytime without hidden fees or penalties.

Please Note: If you choose to cancel in the middle of a cycle, you will not revice any refund. Instead, you retain access to the Advisorship services until the end of that cycle. Should you choose to utilize them or not is up to you.

We dedicate specific days each week for advisory calls to ensure we provide focused, high-quality attention to each client. We limit the number of concurrent clients and slots per day. Within these windows, we work collaboratively to find consistent times that fit your schedule. Pro+ clients get priority access to slots and limited weekend options for critical needs.

Founders who actively engage, do the work, and come prepared see the most significant results. We design the interaction to be efficient and high-value, respecting your schedule.

It's a structured yet flexible partnership:

• Core: Regular 1:1 strategy calls (weekly, bi-weekly or less frequent, depending on your needs) focused on your immediate challenges and strategic goals.
• Check-ins: Monthly reviews of progress against goals.
• Async Support (Pro/Pro+): Ongoing Slack/chat access for quick questions, feedback on work-in-progress, and continuous dialogue between calls.
